Tasty Tuesday - Irish Soda Bread
I can't believe it's Tuesday again. That week really merely flew by! And now it's that time again for another swell recipe. Sticking with the Irish theme for the month we have something I had never made before.
Baking this was really funny. When I pulled this out of the oven, Ant came over and just stared at information technology. "It looks similar some kinda Medieval breadstuff. You know like they cook in large brick ovens!" "Love, I think the word you're looking for is Rustic. It looks Rustic." "Yea, that'south it."
Anyhow, it was super quick and easy to brand. Just toss everything in a bowl and mix. Knead for like 2 min. and toss the whole ball in the oven. Since I've never had Soda Staff of life before I have nothing to compare this recipe to, but it tasted delicious to me. I has a very cake-like consistency and Emmet says information technology would have been nifty with the Beef Stew from a few weeks ago.
Give it a try and permit me know how information technology compares to other Soda Bread recipes you have tasted. I'd love to know if this is the "Existent Deal".
